We're excited to have you with us, please take a moment to review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. 1. Appointment Booking All appointment must be made via our online booking system. Kindly provide accurate details so we can serve you better during your visit. 2. Confirmation Your booking is confirm once you receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, or email. If you do not receive it please reach out to us. 3. Deposit Deposit may be required to secure selected services (e.g eye examination or special consultation). This amount will deducted from your total bill. 4. Rescheduling Need to change your slot? No problem. Please inform us at least 24 hour in advance to retain your deposit. 5. Cancellation Cancellations made less than 24 hour before your appointment may result in deposit forfeiture. 6. Late Arrival We understand things happen! However, if you are more than 15min late, your slot may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. 7. No-Show Policy Missed your appointment without notice? It will be considered no-shows. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. 8. During Your Visit Your appointment may include eye check, consultation, & frame styling. Additional tests or recommendations may be provided based on your need. 9. Payment Full payment is required after your service unless otherswise stated. 10. Health & Hygiene If you're feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule.
